"Laura is a fantastic instructor. I started taking private lessons from her and noticed a positive change in my physical, mental, and emotional state after just one session. Now my boyfriend and I take private lessons together and enjoy it so much. In our private lessons, Laura tailors the whole hour of yoga to fit our needs, address our problem areas, and modify according to our ability and/or any injuries or health issues. She challenges me without pushing me too far, which is something she does so well and is very innate for her. I have generalized anxiety disorder as well as inflammatory bowel disease, and I have pulled back from formal exercise because it causes flare ups very easily. With Laura's vinyasa yoga classes I am able to reap the benefits of yoga for my mind, body, and heart, while having fun and not worrying about feeling worse afterwards, which is something I have needed for a very long time. Whether in a class or a private lesson (so nice to be in the privacy of your own home), you will thoroughly enjoy learning from her. Laura will always be my top choice for a yoga instructor and I highly recommend her, no matter your age or previous yoga experience! Love her!"
