What I TeachVinyasa Flow is a style of yoga in which your movement is linked with your breath. The sequential movement interlinks postures and creates a continuous flow. Postures are usually either transitioned from inhale to exhale, or held for several periods of breath. It is a rigorous practice that can be modified, and practiced at any level.
I am not certified in, but also teach a variety of other styles of yoga including Yin, Hatha, and others. Credentials & TeachersE-RYT 200

I turned to yoga. Within a short period of time my Vinyasa practice completely transformed me physically, mentally, and emotionally. As a teacher, my hope is to give this back to you in your own way and help you transform your life as I did with mine.
